New Build Fire Stopping Works 

Project Overview

As part of an exciting new build project with Robertsons, AWB and Son carried out vital fire stopping works. All penetrations throughout the building were carefully sealed to maintain compartmentation and fire integrity.

Senior Project Manager Jamie Pearson leads the on site team, ensuring all fire stopping works are carried out efficiently. At the same time, our Head of Operations, Charlie Cantor, manages the project from the office, overseeing pricing, contracts, and timelines before work begins.

This project highlights our ongoing partnership with Robertsons, built on trust, communication, and shared goals.

Why Fire Stopping Matters: 

Effective firestopping is essential to slow the spread of smoke and fire. It ensures compartmentation is maintained and that buildings comply with fire safety regulations.

Furthermore, we aim to contain fire and its byproducts, flames, smoke, and harmful gases, at their source. As a result, this prevents fire from spreading quickly and protects both people and property.
