Fire Risk Assessment
What is it?
UK law requires all businesses and non-domestic buildings to carry out a fire risk assessment, to ensure the safety of people in or around the building, under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (commonly known simply as the Fire Safety Order).
It is the responsibility of a designated ‘responsible person’ or ‘duty holder’ to ensure a risk assessment has been completed.

Many businesses cannot recover following a major fire; but this doesn’t have to be the case. We’ll also reflect any changes to the occupancy or activities within premises, since the last assessment.
