Quality Policy Statement

AWB and Son succeeds by being a high-quality sustainability and environmental compliance company, reducing risk for our clients throughout the United Kingdom. This quality policy outlines how we plan to maintain and improve these standards.

AWB and Son aims to achieve total customer satisfaction, whilst also considering the requirements of employees, regulators and third parties.

Our Quality Targets:

To ensure we both maintain and continually improve our high standards, our current quality targets are as follows:

• To quality assess all reports before submitting them to the client
• To retain ISO 9001 accreditation of the Quality Management System.
• To retain IFC accreditation
• To achieve at least 90% customer satisfaction ratings from our customer surveys.

These targets will be reviewed and amended as appropriate at 6-monthly ISO 9001 Management Review meetings.

This policy statement will be reviewed annually as a minimum.
